We ask for 48 hours notice for cancellations. Anything less than 48 hours will result in an charge of 50% of the service total. No call/no show appointments will be charged 100% of the service total. Multiple indiscretions may result in you being prevented from making appointments in the future.

Appointments rescheduled with less that 48 hours notice will be charged a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit equal to 50% of the service that will be put toward your rescheduled appointment. If you are have a fever, cough, sore throat etc you will need to reschedule your appointment.

Please call the studio and let us know if you are going to be late. Showing up late means that we may not have time for the full treatment or possibly cut into another clients appointment time. A 10 minute grace period will be given, anything over that will be considered a cancellation. Parking has been really crazy downtown lately, so please consider leaving earlier for your appointment to account for this.
