Studio Policy
We ask for 48 hours notice for cancellations. Anything less than 48 hours will result in an charge of 50% of the service total. No call/no show appointments will be charged 100% of the service total.
Appointments rescheduled with less that 48 hours notice will be charged a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the service that will be put toward your rescheduled appointment. If you are have a fever, cough, sore throat etc you will need to reschedule your appointment.

Please call the studio and let us know if you are going to be late. Showing up late means that we may not have time for the full treatment or possibly cut into another clients appointment time. A 10 minute grace period will be given, anything over that will be considered a cancellation.
Cancelled appointments will be refunded any deposit made if cancelled with more than 48 hours notice.
Refunds are not available for products or services, as payment is allocated towards compensating the artist for their time, expenses, materials, and other necessary resources required to deliver the highest quality work. In the event of any concerns arising within 72 hours of receiving the service, a complimentary removal or correction may be offered. However, beyond this allotted timeframe, it becomes the client's responsibility to address any further issues.
We regret to inform you that refunds will not be provided for any adverse reactions experienced due to the use of our products. However, we are committed to addressing any concerns and offering a complimentary removal service. It is important to note that developing an allergy to lash extensions will disqualify you as a suitable candidate. As allergies tend to get worse over time, it is essential to prioritize your safety and well-being.
